Mentees
Our mentees are people of all ages, ranging from young professionals to mid-level and senior professionals. They use MentorMe because they want to find their bearings, grow, reposition themselves, or change direction—whether as employees or as self-employed individuals. They all seek fulfillment, recognition, and autonomy in their work.
Mentors
Our volunteer mentors are deeply committed to their work. They bring between 5 and 30+ years of professional experience to the table. They share their knowledge, experiences, expertise, and often their professional networks as well. They listen to their mentees, offer advice, provide tips, and are an active part of our community. They can attend our events free of charge.
Employer

How is the MentorMe mentoring program structured?
We match you with the perfect mentoring team
Based on the profiles of the mentee and mentor, we find the perfect match. In doing so, we take into account the preferences, goals, and areas of expertise of both parties. During monthly mentoring sessions, the mentee benefits from the mentors’ in-depth knowledge. The mentoring team finds ways to nurture the mentee’s strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals.
Training and Events for Essential Hard and Soft Skills in the Workplace
Our 6 top trainers will bring you up to speed: from annual planning to mental health and financial security, all the way to leadership, persuasive negotiation, and compelling public speaking. Plus, there are 300+ events featuring experts on topics such as (self-)leadership, stopping people-pleasing, personal branding, public speaking, salary negotiations, and AI tools in the workplace.
Our community thrives on mutual support
At inspiring networking events, expert panels, and in our LinkedIn groups, mentees and mentors exchange ideas about work and careers and connect as equals. With 25 specialized and local community groups—for topics such as female founders, personal branding, consulting, and New Work—they build targeted, long-term connections with like-minded individuals.
