Mentees
Our mentees are women with drive – whether Senior or Young Professionals. They want to find direction, grow, reposition themselves, or reinvent themselves. We connect them with Mentors and coaches, and offer skill trainings, events, and networking focused on professional fulfillment.
Mentors
Our volunteer mentors are passionately committed. They bring 5 to 30+ years of professional experience, sharing their knowledge, experiences, and networks. They listen, provide personalized advice, and are active members of our community. They can access training and events for free.

How is the MentorMe mentoring program structured?
We match the perfect mentoring team
Based on the profiles of both the mentee and mentor, we find the perfect match. We take into account the preferences, goals, and expertise of both sides. In monthly mentoring sessions, the mentee benefits from the mentor’s expertise. The mentoring team works together to enhance the mentee’s strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals.
Trainings & events for key hard and soft skills in your career
Our top experts bring you up to date: From annual planning to mental health and financial security, to leadership, persuasive negotiations, and captivating rhetoric. In addition, numerous events for mentees and mentors cover topics such as (self-)leadership, stop people pleasing, personal branding, rhetoric, and salary negotiations.
Our community thrives on mutual support
At inspiring networking events, expert evenings, and in our LinkedIn groups, mentees and mentors exchange ideas on career and profession, meeting on equal terms. With 25 specialized subgroups – such as for founders, personal branding, or consulting – they connect purposefully and sustainably with like-minded individuals.
