How does our mentoring program work? After registering, you create a profile on our matching platform so we can introduce you to your perfect sparring partner from over 4,500 mentors and coaches. Once you confirm your match, your journey with MentorMe begins immediately and runs until the end of the program year (October 2026).

Here’s how easy it is to become a mentee
You purchase your membership. To get started, you only pay a registration fee of €89.. This gives you access to our matching platform.
On the matching platform, you create your mentee profile. Based on your information, our algorithm finds the perfect mentor for you. You’ll receive three suggestions right away.. Not the right mentor? We’ll keep matching you until you find your perfect match.
Once you’ve been successfully matched, you’ll pay the remaining mentee fee to start your first mentoring session and gain free access to all our events and communities.
Our matching promise: You only pay the full mentee fee once you’ve been successfully matched.

Your investment? Less than a coffee to go per day
There are two pricing plans for the MentorMe membership. One is our mentee fee 1, and the other is for women who earn less than €1,900 gross per month or have been mentees with us before (mentee fee 2). Calculated annually, mentee fee 1 costs … €2.28 per day – less than a coffee to go.
When you register, you first pay €89. This gives you access to our matching platform. Once you’ve completed your profile, you’ll immediately receive three suggestions for suitable mentors. As soon as you confirm your desired match, we will issue an invoice for the remaining amount of your mentee fee – the €89 you’ve already paid will, of course, be credited.
Mentee fee 1
- If your earnings are above €1,900 gross, you will pay this mentee fee.
Mentee fee 2
- If your earnings are below €1,900 gross, you are a returning mentee, or a registered mentor, you will pay this mentee fee.
Employer fee
- This applies if your mentee fee is paid by your employer.
- When paying the registration fee, enter the code #mentorme_employer_2025/26 to skip the registration fee and receive an invoice for the total amount directly for your employer.

What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a trusting relationship between an experienced individual (mentor) and a development-oriented individual (mentee) with the goal of fostering personal and professional growth.
Mentoring is a powerful companion for your development. It means having someone by your side who believes in you, even when you may still hesitate. It’s a personal connection where knowledge, experiences, and networks are shared, helping you see your own path more clearly and walk it with confidence.
Mentoring provides you with guidance in moments of uncertainty, new perspectives when you feel stuck, and the courage to clearly define and pursue your goals step by step. It’s not coaching, nor traditional consulting, but a partnership on equal terms. At MentorMe, we believe that growth happens where people strengthen each other. Mentoring means not only learning from others, but especially rediscovering your own strengths and confidently shaping your path.
How long does the membership at MentorMe last?
From the moment you register, you’ll be a mentee with MentorMe until October 31, 2026, benefiting from monthly 1:1 sessions with your mentor, as well as our events, trainings, and networking formats.
The official start of the new program year is November 1, 2025.
However, if you register early, you can start right away and take advantage of the last few months of the current program year. Your membership will still run continuously until October 31, 2026.
How much does a MentorMe membership cost?
As a social enterprise, it is important to us that mentoring remains accessible to everyone. That’s why we adjust the participation fee according to your financial situation:
You pay €834 if your monthly gross salary is above €1,900.
You pay €634 if you earn less than €1,900 gross, have been a mentee before, or are currently registered as a mentor at MentorMe.
There is a one-time registration fee of €89 to get started. This gives you access to our matching platform and personalized matching support. Once you’re matched, you’ll pay the remaining mentee fee. The registration fee will be fully credited towards your participation fee – whether you pay in installments or as a lump sum.
Tip: Many employers support professional development. Feel free to ask your company about covering the costs!
