Your Benefits as a Mentor
You’ll spend about 1 hour per month on a mentoring session with your mentee—in person or online. During these sessions, you’ll share tips and contacts, answer questions about industries and jobs, and work with your mentee to address her professional challenges, aspirations, and goals. This benefits not only your mentee, but you as well.

1. Sign up here to become a mentor.
2. Fill out your profile on the matching platform.
3. We’ll recommend you
to a mentee
who is looking for a match.
4. Accept the match or decline it, providing a reason.
5. If there’s a veto,
we’ll keep trying to find a match
until we get it right.
6. As soon as a match is successful, your mentee will contact you.
*Our 2026/27 program year officially runs from November 2026 through the end of October 2027. However, we begin matching mentees as early as August. Please note that we have about three times as many mentors as mentees in our network, and we cannot guarantee that you will be matched with a mentee. As a mentor, however, you are a valuable member of our community and have full access to our community groups and events.
