How to become a mentee:
Registration fee
You sign up by paying our registration fee of 45 EUR (instead of 89 EUR). This shows us that you’re serious and grants you access to the matching platform.
Matching Platform
You gain access to the matching platform, where you can create your mentee profile. Based on your information, mentors will be suggested to you – until you are satisfied.
Mentee fee
Once you’ve been successfully matched, you pay the mentee fee to begin your first session. The registration fee will be credited towards this amount.
Let's go
You now have access to your mentor, over 150 events, 3 professional trainings, and an active community with 22 groups. The program year runs until October 31, 2025.
What is the cost of your mentee membership?
Do you earn more than 1,900 EUR gross? Then you pay Mentee Fee 1. If your earnings are below 1,900 EUR gross, you pay Mentee Fee 2. Our Matching guarantee: You only pay the full mentee fee once you’ve been matched and are satisfied with your mentor.

Employer Contribution: This applies if your mentee contribution is paid by your employer.
Registration Fee: When paying the registration fee, enter the code #MyEmployerPays_2024/25 to skip the registration fee and receive an invoice for the full amount directly to your employer.
Membership period: from now until October 2025.

When I discovered MentorMe 10 years ago, I was a diligent, ambitious student assistant with no network and no plan.
Today, I lead a department in a large association. I’m the chairwoman of a local political group and a member of the state board of a political party. I’ve also co-founded two NGOs.
How I achieved this? With MentorMe!
I was a mentee for 7 years and reached new levels on my career ladder each program year. Without my personal mentors throughout those years and without the community, this wouldn’t have been possible.
I had the opportunity to reflect a lot, develop courage, gain new perspectives, and become part of a strong network. And I still am!
