Your monthly mentoring can begin. We ask the mentee to take the first step and write an email to her/his mentor to arrange a first (virtual) mentoring session. Find the e-mail address of your mentor in the mail in which you received this link! All important information and tools for mentoring can be found below. Especially the mentoring guide can be very helpful for the first meeting. It is important to specify wishes about communication and form of meetings (virtual, telephone, etc.) at the first meeting and to ask about mutual expectations and ideas.

Your mentoring can start now and will run until May 2023. Dear mentee, please keep in mind that our mentors are volunteers, please try to adjust to their time schedule.

Training on online job search, CV-writing, letter of application, job interview, negotiation and networking for job-search

Full-day training for owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises ( SMEs )
Training on business mission, vision and values (personal and organizational development), strategy and positioning (USP of product/service, business canvas), growth strategies (money-mindset, investments, sales, marketing), process optimization (employee acquisition, digitalization)
