Start your monthly mentoring now! we ask the mentee to take the first step and write an e-mail to her/his mentor to arrange a first (virtual) mentoring session. Find the e-mail address of your mentor in the e-mail in which you received this link! All important information and tools for mentoring can be found below. Especially the mentoring guide can be very helpful for the first meeting. It is important to specify wishes about communication and type of the mentoring session (virtual, telephone, etc.) at the first meeting and to ask about mutual expectations and ideas.
Your mentoring can start now and will run until May 2023. Dear mentee, please keep in mind that our mentors are volunteers. Please try to adjust to their time schedule.
Kick Off Event
We invite you to our Kick Off Event with inspirational speeches, presentation of activities of the program, workshop on inter-cultural communications across different countries, introduction of roles and responsibilities of mentees and mentors. The Kick Off Event will take place on September 17th, 2022 (10 – 12:00 CET | 11 am – 1 pm EAT) registere here

We invite you to a training on business mission, vision and values (personal and organizational development), strategy and positioning (USP of product/service, business canvas), growth strategies (money-mindset, investments, sales, marketing), process optimization (employee acquisition, digitalization)

Keep our and your goals in mind!
Mentors and mentees should be aware of the mentoring goals of MentorMe Kenya and focus on those during the mentoring.
The goals are the following: MentorMe Kenya and its mentoring sessions are supposed to help job seekers to find decent jobs and to support owners and mangers to enhance business capacities of their business.
Job seekers should find new jobs and improve their job situation. They will get new decent jobs, see their income increase and/or improve their working conditions (on social security, work health, safety standards, labour rights and/or work processes).
Owners and managers of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) should enhance their business capacities. They will see their businesses stabilize or grow in areas such as gross turnover, access to a value chain, sector specific standards, creation of new jobs, business partnerships and access to funding and financial help.
